Connect is a one-stop entry point to home-visiting programs and maternal-child health resources. Through Connect families are linked to a home-visiting program that best meets their needs and wants.
Healthy Start
Healthy Start is a home-visiting program that’s available at no cost to pregnant women and parents with a child 3 years or younger. Services include care coordination, education and support all aimed toward improving pregnancy and infant health & developmental outcomes.
Fatherhood
T.E.A.M. Dad is Florida Healthy Start’s fatherhood initiative that provides free home visiting services using the National Fatherhood Initiative’s (NFI) 24:7 Dad® evidence-based curriculum. This initiative is designed to Teach, Empower, Advocate for, and Mentor men to fulfill their potential and become the fathers their children need them to be.
Fetal Infant Mortality Review
FIMR - Fetal and Infant Mortality Review - is a Florida Statewide program dedicated to improve future birth outcomes by reviewing the fetal and infant fatalities in the community.
