Looking for support after having your baby? C.A.F.E. (Compasión, Apoyo, Fe, Educación) is a free weekly group where moms can learn, share, and feel supported. Whether you’re a new mom or just need a little help, this group is here for you.

What We Talk About:

• Postpartum Support: Learn how to care for yourself after birth
• Infant Care: Get tips on feeding, sleep, and baby safety
• Breastfeeding: Ask questions, get advice, and feel encouraged
